Tiare Kora, who takes care of her family’s “Kora Pearls” booth, is one of the 24 vendors at the Airport Market Days.

Trade for the vendors seemed to be moving along well, considering the new market venue and event. The Trade Days will conclude today.

Kora Pearls markets their very own cultured black pearls from their farm in Manihiki.

“So far, it’s been fun, I think market days are always a good time to get out,” Kora said.

“This is a new location for us, especially with jewellery we weren’t quite sure… the sales we made on the first day (Wednesday) were from the Hawaiian American tourists.

“Overall, this was probably targeted for the locals.”
