We all know that there are always some delays in flight times, caused by bird strikes, awaiting international flights, mechanical issues, etc, etc.
On Sunday the 12th, passengers checked in at 4.15pm and departed at 7pm. The Air Raro ground crew knew nothing of the delay or what time the flight was supposed to arrive. When asked, they just shrugged and said they didn’t know.
With this day and age of great communications, surely they can do better?
