Three cases requiring psychiatric reports were adjourned before three Justices of the Peace John Kenning, Tauei Solomon and Mata Nooroa at the Cook Islands High Court on February 15.

A total of 22 criminal cases were brought before the Cook Islands High Court and Justice of Peace Carmen Temata on Thursday February 18. She made the following judgements:

Tepatua Ngatamariki Crummer again appeared in the Cook Islands High Court this week after he was remanded in custody for another week while he continues to look for a suitable home.

The High Court will on March 18 sentence a man charged for sex with a minor.
