Alert Level 2 has created noticeable changes on Rarotonga, including a spike in the use of CookSafe cards and hand sanitizers, plus the sudden vanishing of tourists and overseas friends. With the Covid-19 buzz, residents from the Pa Enua are clamouring to get back home to their peaceful and laid back island homes. But with flights being cut back and plans halted, many have faced some difficulties.
