I was watching the CNA channel on TV yesterday and they showed an interview with our PM Mark Brown.

CNA is a worldwide channel based in Singapore but concentrating mainly on Asia so it is potentially viewed by several million people.

Mark was interviewed as our PM but also representing the views of all South Pacific Nations ... the interview mainly covered climate change and our security arrangements and also the challenges presented by the increased tensions between the USA and China in the area.

You had to be impressed with Mark’s clear and logical explanations regarding our position, hopefully his comments will be taken notice of by the parties concerned ... there can certainly be no excuse for not completely understanding our position from a South Pacific perspective.
