Liarni says she has been to Brews and Scoops for the third time and she enjoys it.

The kids said they have been attending their Robati family reunion during the holiday and were now looking forward to the new school year that starts on January 23.

Brews and Scoops owner, Wendel Karati said business had been booming and that they have had a good start to the year.

Karati said they started the “real fruit ice cream and coffee shop” towards the end of last year and since then they have loved the enthusiasm and support from the local community.

With the Beach Games also happening at the National beach courts opposite the Social Centre, Karati said seeing the people and children pop around to enjoy coffee or ice cream had been great.

Brews and Scoops sells coffee, ice coffee and mochas as well as milkshakes and real fruit ice creams. They are open 7am to 6pm Monday to Saturday.
