Walk with a smile and join in the Apii Nikao fundraising walk tomorrow (Saturday) morning to help improve your health and support the school’s Parents & Teachers Association.

Make it a fun morning and dress up in costumes for a chance to win spot prizes for best dressed individuals, families and teams.

The warm up for the 3 kilometre or 5km walk will kick off from 7.30am at the Social Centre in Nikao.

George Williamson, the PTA Chairperson said, “we are also promoting good health, so there will be free check-ups at the social centre.

“We are encouraging families to get healthy, so come along and bring your kids, walk together and cool off in the sea after your hard earned walk.”

There will be $3 sausages sizzling for hungry walkers and everyone is welcome to bring along fruit to share.

Entry fee is $5 per family, $10 for corporate teams and a gold donation for individuals.
