An exciting battle is expected this afternoon when Lady Bears take on Lady Eels in the final match of round one in Cook Islands women’s rugby league competition.
Both teams will be eyeing win to finish second behind the undefeated Lady Panthers. In the premier men’s clash, Ngatangiia Matavera Sea Eagles will host Titikaveka Bulldogs in week one of round two competition. Fixtures: Today: Raemaru Park 5pm Lady Bears-Lady Eels, Nukupure Park 5pm Ngatangiia Matavera Sea Eagles-Titikaveka Bulldogs.
Tomorrow: Victoria Park 12pm U14 Tupapa Panthers-Avatiu Nikao Eels, 1pm U14 Arorangi Bears-Sea Eagles, 2pm U16 Panthers-Eels, 3pm U19 Panthers-Bears, 4.30pm Premier Men Panthers-Eels.
