The Tupapa Panthers under 16 squad continue to grow stronger with each challenge and today they will face the talented Cowboys under 16 team in this week’s Powerade mid week challenge.

The Panthers have yet to let go of the week cup which they have consistently defended at each challenge.

But the boys from the Wild West could just be the team to take the cup off them if they bring their A game.

It’s going to be a tough battle and will be played at the Tupapa field at 4.30pm.

Meanwhile, Birkdale School from the UK will be pulling on their boots to take on a combined Ngatangiia-Titikaveka under 17 squad.

This game will be played at the Ngatangiia field on Thursday starting at 4.30pm.

This week’s round seven club rugby competition will see the main game played at Raemaru Park between the Arorangi Cowboys and Avatiu Eels while the Dragons will host the Reds and the Bulls will host the Panthers.
