The annual sports awards will be held on April 8 and all national federations are urged to submit nominations.

Nominations close on March 25. A total of 18 awards are up for grabs plus the Hall of Fame induction.

Section A includes the sportsman, sportswoman, junior sportsman and sportswoman of the year awards.

Section B includes the sports team, sports achievement, fair play, IOC sports personality and women in sports trophy awards.

Section C is for awards for technical official, sports administrator, coach of the year, best administered outer island sports association and best outer island sports achievement of the year.

The final award division is section D and includes Manea and Purapura zone sportsman and sportswoman of the year awards.

Nominations forms have been sent out to all national federations, and members of the general public can be pick up forms from the CISNOC office.

Samoan boxing legend David ‘Tuamanator’ Tua will be guest speaker at the awards evening to be held at the Aroa Nui Hall in Arorangi and tickets for the night are now on sale at the CISNOC office.
