As the rugby league playoffs kick into action this week, officials would like to remind all players and supporters that the referee’s decision is final.

Emotions and passion run high at this stage of the season and referees are keen to see big crowds enjoy passionate rugby league.

Playoff games for first and second ranked teams continue today at the BCI Stadium starting at 5pm in the reserve grade battle between the Bears and Eels.

At 6.30pm the main premier grade match will kick off between first placed Panthers and second-placed Eels.

Games are sure to be bruising affairs. Supporters are encouraged to be out in force to cheer on your boys. Playoffs for third and fourth placed teams will be played out apopo, also at the BCI Stadium. - MW
