Thrills and spills at volleyball

Vonnia’s Corporate 6 on 6 volleyball league leader Turtle Diggz will face team Smashing T in today’s first games of round four of the competition.

The inaugural competition has been providing plenty of spills and thrills at the Telecom Sports Arena for volleyball enthusiasts.

And the general public are invited to head on up to the arena and share in the thrill of the sport.

Three games are played at once and you are sure to get your fill of action within the 50minute games that run on the hour starting from 5pm and running right up to the last three games of the night at 8 o’clock.

And if you bring your shoes, you might just get a chance to hit the courts and have some fun too.

Last week the Killer B’s were the new comers to the ‘top of the table’ and they will face the tenacious Edgewater Spikes and Tykes with the aim of pushing further up the table.

Get on up to the Telecom Sports Arena and enjoy the action.

Teams are reminded that Games will start on the hour 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, if you fail to be on court with your team five minutes after the start of games you forfeit the game, if you manage to get on court within the five minutes, you will be penalised and five points will automatically be added to your opponents’ score.
