Mana vaine!

It’s all about mana vaine today at the triathlon site in Tikioki as female competitors gather for the 6th annual Island Car and Bike Hire women’s triathlon.

The distance is twice that of the Corporate Tri - but don’t let that phase you as it’s all about getting out there and completing it.

Women multisporters will tackle the 400m swim, 16km cycle and 4km run course in teams of three with each team member completing the circuit before tagging their next team mate to start their race.

Afterwards there will once again be music and prizes, along with the hash drinks and a $2 sausage sizzle!

So bring along your change and settle in to finish off the day with fun and laughter!
