The walking dead descended on the Rarotonga Golf Club greens last Friday for a golf Ambrose fundraiser.

A total of 28 teams dressed in up in their bloodiest and scariest costumes for the Halloween-themed fundraiser.

The fun golf tournament was to raise funds for the Skins Sevens tour to New Zealand in February for the Wellington Sevens.

The Skins is team of ‘has been’ and ‘will be sevens’ stars such as Terry Piri, Cedric Toru Jnr, Tairi Elikana, Walter Tangata and Cedric Toru Snr to name a few.

While golf skills determined the winning teams, it was much harder to pick the best dressed teams and individuals.

Aroa Stockfeed had the best gross with The 3 Families taking out second place.

HPM won best nett while The Age Family came second.

The most humorous team award went to Pacific Springs for their funny business antics while the treasury department of MFEM were the best dressed team on the day.

Akaau Nicholas stood out in her Mrs Dracula costume to take out the best dressed woman award while Tai Manuela in his Lionman outfit won the men’s best dressed award.

The Skins touring team would like to thank all the teams for their support and a wonderful evening of fun and friendship.
