The Cook Islands Sports and National Olympic ‘Potiki Sports’ programme for kids starts this Saturday with basketball and volleyball.

The junior sports development programme for kids aged 5 to 13 will run for 6 weeks on Saturday mornings at the Princess Anne Hall at Tereora College.

Basics skills for volleyball and basketball will be taught during the two hour programmes with the aim showing children the fun side of sports.

Saturday morning programmes will run from 9 o’clock to 11am and parents wanting more information can contact Elizabeth Tou at the CISNOC sports development unit on 24095.
