Aircraft visit sparks cyclone memories
The arrival of a Royal New Zealand Air Force Hercules aircraft last Thursday created plenty of excitement on Manihiki.

The visit by a Royal New Zealand Air Force C130 Hercules transport aircraft to Manihiki last Thursday was the first in over 17 years. The purpose of the visit was to fly in New Zealand and US Army personnel to conduct a reconnaissance of the island in preparation for an exercise later this year.
