Cuban magician Ariel Morales and gold medal award-winning assistant Rochelle Allison, take to the National Auditorium stage to present the ‘Manamana Magic Show’ on February 27.
The show is being held in aid of the Cook Islands Prostate Cancer Foundation and it’s safe to say that families all over the island are looking forward to a magical night of mystery and fun ‘Cuban-style’.
The visiting magicians arrive on February 25 and will be here for a week to enjoy some time out and to perform a number of shows around Rarotonga.
Foundation secretary Valentino Wichman says all proceeds from the night will go towards promoting awareness of prostate cancer and education about the disease for men aged 40 years and over.
Awareness information will explain screening for the disease, management of the condition and treatments available.
The 50th Anniversary Committee and Cook Islands Prostate Cancer Foundation would like to thank their major sponsors for supporting this event. They include Island Car and Bike Hire, Edgewater Resort, Air Rarotonga, Jetsave Travel, CIFA, 50th Anniversary Committee, Rotaract Club and the Ministry of Health.
Door sales will start at 5.30pm with the main show at 7pm. Tickets are $5 for adults and $2 for children.
