New Zealand High Commissioner Nick Hurley, Landholdings Ltd managing director Bill Doherty, Finance minister Mark Brown, Cook Islands Investment Corporation (CIIC) board member Malcolm Sword, and CIIC secretary Tamarii Pierre signed the contract for stage one construction of the Tereora College project on Wednesday last week. 16101350
