A representative from the Green Climate Fund (GCF) will make a presentation today during the 12th Pacific Health Ministers meeting at the National Auditorium. Diane McFadzien, country dialogue specialist on the Green Climate Fund, will talk about the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) funding systems, mechanisms and processes.
