Dog survey to help de-sexing effort
The SPCA is making continuing eff orts to help introduce legislation that will enforce severe penalities for cruelty to animals. The state of this emaciated sow horrifi ed visitor Bastien Welch who reported it to the organisation after spotting the starving animal from the road. 16100422
