IN A society where autocracy rules, the government has a dictator as its head of state, who rules with an iron fist, with absolutely no regard for, nor any accountability whatsoever, to their people; think of Hitler, Mussolini, Hussein, Gaddafi, Kim Jong Il, Kim Jong Un and Stalin.
