‘Back seat commentators’ miss the point

HAVING read select quotes from a private and confidential email communication of mine, in a letter to CI News, I feel compelled to respond, as I can see that the anonymous back seat legal commenters calling themselves “Cook Islands Land Law Society” (not to be confused with the actual Cook Islands Law Society), are clearly missing parts of the bigger picture.
