In a letter to his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping on Monday, President David Panuelo raised his concerns about Russia's invasion of Ukraine. President Panuelo said that Russia is ignoring pressure from the international community to cease its aggression.
He asked for China to demonstrate global leadership by calling on Russia to cease hostilities and withdraw from Ukraine.
Although Russia is currently ignoring America, he believes both nations will listen to China.
President Panuela has called on Xi Jinping to "rise to the occasion to call for the cessation of all hostilities."
