Muri Environment Care gave a progress report on its conservation efforts to representatives
from United Nations Development Programme on Wednesday.
A United Nations official is throwing her weight behind the conservation efforts of a group dedicated to restoring Muri Lagoon, offering to support them in applying for funding beyond the US$50,000 (NZ$80,367) the global organisation has previously pledged to the group.
