KiteSUP has joined growing list of businesses who have won big by completing Cook Islands Tourisms business surveys.
Having completed the online Business Confidence Index and Survey with the New Zealand Tourism Research Institute, KiteSup went into the draw to win an Air New Zealand voucher worth $800.
On Wednesday, Cook Islands Tourism held their quarterly Global Breakfast Update with the tourism industry where KiteSUP collected their prize.
This is the fifth round of results from the Business Confidence Index and Survey now carried out every six months.
The survey was conducted by the New Zealand Tourism Research Institute (NZTRI) on behalf of Cook Islands Tourism and there were around 85 businesses who responded to the survey – a mixture of both tourism-related and non-tourism related organisations.
As an incentive to draw in more contributions to the survey, all businesses who participated would go into the draw to win an Air New Zealand travel voucher to the value of $800 kindly donated by Cook Islands Tourism.
Past winners have included Kave and Jules Tamaariki from Ariki Holidays, Papatua Papatua from Are Toa Taniera, Erin Tierney from Sails Restaurant and Bar, and Paul Ash from Castaway Resort.
“Congratulations to the winner for this recent round of the Business Confidence Index survey, Ina Nooroa and Brynn Acheson-Nooroa from KiteSUP. Meitaki ma’ata to all those businesses who contributed to the Business Confidence survey,” Cook Islands Tourism’s Sieni Tiraa said in a statement.
“Your valuable contributions assist with the development of strategies and policies to help guide the overall work of the corporation.”
