Local fi shermen Steve Happ and Philip Dwyer rescued this turtle from a 4mm rope and fl oat 1km off Arorangi last week. 17030801
The Ministry of Marine Resources (MMR) has commended two fishermen for rescuing a turtle and removing the rope and float in which it was tangled.
