. This is the same Henry Puna who was Cook Islands Prime Minister when he was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident, causing injury and he got off scot-free.
Now he is in a politically rewarded position, speaking on behalf of Pacific leaders on the importance of the media, judiciary, public accountability, transparency and good governance.
This is verbal diarrhoea at the highest level.
