As the governments of the Cook Islands, New Zealand, and China prepare to hold a bi-annual meeting later this month to discuss the Te Mato Vai water infrastructure project, the government continues its efforts to resolve a lingering dispute concerning allegations of shoddy construction work with the China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) - one of the project's main contractors.
