Tuesday 14: The St Kentigern College first fifteen squad arrived on the island over the weekend for a three-match tour of Rarotonga and Aitutaki.

Two of these matches will be played in Rarotonga with the third match to be played in Aitutaki.

All matches will be played against the Cook Islands Sports Academy teams here on Rarotonga and on Aitutaki.

Of local interest will be four local members of the St Kent’s team namely Sema Robati, Adam Tangata, Ben Tautu and Mark Tuaati, who are all currently on rugby scholarship at St Kent’s. St Kent’s first match will be played tomorrow (Wednesday) at 3.30pm at the Titikaveka Rugby Field against the Cook Islands Sports Academy.

Game admission will be $2 with the money raised going to assist the Cook Islands Sports Academy students who will be touring New Zealand later this year.

St Kent’s will play their second match on Aitutaki on Friday April 17 while their last game will be played on Monday April 20 at 3.30pm at the Titikaveka field. - CIRU
