New ideas for Northern Group waste

A new initiative is underway to look at options and discuss ideas to manage waste in the Northern Group. Hilary Boyes, Waste Management Co-ordinator at ICI, on assignment with Volunteer Services Abroad, and Yitiri Akama, Project Engineer (support person) will travel with the barge leaving this weekend for the islands of Palmerston, Nassau, Pukapuka, Manihiki, Rakahanga and Penrhyn.
