Island favourite Sunrice brand rice will be available at Rarotonga shops from today.

Cargo vessel Liloa II (pictured behind Grinna II and Taunga Nui) arrived on Saturday, bringing in the much-needed freight including rice.

Rarotonga has been facing rice shortage since last month and last week, almost all shops, except CITC Supermarket, ran out of supplies.
