Changes ahead for athletics

A number of changes are ahead for Athletics Cook Islands (ACI).

Thirty-seven sailors are competing in the Sailing Cook Islands-organised National Optimist Championship which started yesterday in Muri lagoon.

In order for Cook Islands sports to move to the next level, there needs to be an emphasis on development of athletes through education, says young weightlifter Manine Lynch.
