The proposed race course for Saturdays Te Aito Cook Islands is pictured here. Women will do 14 km from Avarua Harbour to Super Brown in Tupapa, up to Panama and back to Avarua Harbour and the men will do the loop twice. Race directors have not yet confirmed whether U19 boys will race in the morning with the women and masters women, or with the men and masters men at 1pm. 11060738
