The two top football sides, Nikao Sokattak and Tupapa, are favourites to top the Lotto Premier Mens round cup competition.

Both sides are gunning for a win to lead the competition with their match scheduled to kick off at 4pm at the Tupapa field.

In the midfield area the contest between the experienced combination of Steven Cuthers, Tuka Tisam and Jonthan Rowe from Nikao will front up to Tupapas duo Grover Harmon and Roger Manuel.

Campbell Best and Paavo Mustonen played an excellent role as strikers for Tupapa throughout the season and for Nikao, Teariki Mateariki and Andrewman Akarare is just as lethal.

Loyal football fans from both clubs will no doubt turn up to the Victoria Park to witness these two outstanding teams.

In the CIPS Image & Copy Centre womens competition third placing Nikao Sokattak will take on second place Tupapa at the same venue.

These two teams are evenly matched in the different facets of play and the result of this match will have a bearing on who will have a better chance to win the 2011 CIPS & Image Copy Centre trophy for the first time.

The other venue for todays matches will be at the Raemaru Park with the first game kicking off at 1.00pm in the under 14 girls division.
