Referees geared up for tomorrow

Rarotonga football referees have been equipped with new sets of referee uniforms for the 2011 season which will commence at the Titikaveka field tomorrow, September 15, where Titikaveka will play host to the Matavera football club.

Coordinator for the referees Lai Gukisuva would like to thank Oceania Football Confederation (OFC) and FIFA for donating the new sets of uniforms.

At the recent football tournament that was held at the XIV Pacific Games in Noumea, New Caledonia, Terry Piri and Tupou Patia officiated several games and the invaluable experience will no doubt assist new and upcoming referees and assistant referees.

Draw and referee appointments for tomorrow, Thursday, September 15:

4.15pm - Under 14 Boys, Ref Junior Arioka, Assistant refs Paavo Mustonen and Michael Murare. 5.00pm - Senior Women, Ref Junior Arioka, Assistant refs Paavo Mustonen and Michael Murare.

4.15pm - Under 14 Girls, Ref Maara Kaukura, Assistant refs Terry Piri and Paavo Mustonen. 5.00pm - Premier Men, Ref Maara Kaukura, Assistant refs Terry Piri and Paavo Mustonen.
