The Aremango Sharks volleyball team found their groove last week to win their first game of the BCI mixed social volleyball league.

The team defeated the BCI Real Steels in a tight contest with the Sharks edging out the Steels 83-79.

The Sharks will face Pool A leaders team TKV2 tonight and will no doubt be buoyed by their first win. Other winning teams last week include Party Rock who beat TKV1 86-71 while team Ruks put away Turtles Fani 98-62.

Kick Ass didnt do as their team name suggests when they faced team Tokoroa Pride who smashed their way to a 10 point win over Kick Ass 84-74.

OKA were just too sharp for team WACKeez who lost the encounter 65-94.

Fiji Me tried hard but couldnt match the speed and strength of TKV2 who easily cruised home to a 97-61 win.

Tonight is round 5 of the 10 week tournament with games on at 6pm and 7 oclock.

TKV2 and Tokoroa Pride are the top dogs in Pool A with 12 and 10 points respectively while team OKA and Ruks share the top spot in Pool B with 12 points each.

Volleyball lovers are all welcome to get along to the Telecom Sports Arena tonight for more fantastic games.
