The MacDow crew working on the $25 million Avatiu harbour upgrade have hoisted its support for New Zealands rugby drive this week.

All Blacks or Warriors, the crew isnt playing into the fracas of inter-league competitiveness.

This week, flags supporting the All Blacks have been raised to the top of one the sites cranes during non-working hours.

The crew itself shows about as much diversity as the world cup, with workers from New Zealand, Switzerland, England, Indonesia and the Philippines joining the Cook Islands crew.

Theres an Australian as well, but he was absent for some reason when the above photo was taken.

A MacDow leader said it was suggested that the crew raise a Warriors flag in support of the teams grand final appearance this weekend, but he said the management didnt see that one coming.
