Local junior golfers are now taking a well deserved rest after two full-on age grade golf tournaments in New Zealand recently.
But junior golfers will take the local greens after the festive season to prepare for the highly anticipated International Junior Golf Tournament to be hosted at the Rarotonga Golf Club in July 2012.
As the junior golfers wind down for the festive season, master division golfers on Rarotonga and Aitutaki are heading across the ditch to Sydney for the Cook Islands Masters Annual Golf tournament.
Top Cook Islands golf players from across New Zealand, the Cooks and Australia including Pacific Mini Games gold medalist and Pacific Games bronze medalist Elmay Viking will all be taking part in the tournament.
