A fishing competition will be held at the Cook Islands Game Fishing Club today for young anglers looking to show off their skills on the reef.
The Coca-Cola-sponsored junior fishing competition will begin from 7am and will be part of the fishing clubs end of year celebrations for its young members.
The fishers will be testing their casting skills off the reef at the fishing club in Tupapa, for the most part, and will be competing for a number of prizes including fishing gear and Coca-Cola products.
The prizegiving will be held in the afternoon and organisers say it will be a day of fun for the youngsters and their parents alike.
