The Team Cook Islands monster raffle scheduled to be drawn today at the Punanga Nui Markets has been deferred until next Saturday.

CISNOC secretary general Rosie Blake says that the extra week will give Team Cook Islands athletes more time to sell the raffle tickets, which are to raise funds for the teams trip to New Caledonia for the Pacific Games to be staged between August 27 and September 10.

CISNOC and Team Cook Islands athletes will still be at the Punanga Nui Market selling the remainder of the 4000 tickets printed for the fundraiser.

Tickets are $50 each and the major prize is $30,000.

Support Team Cook Islands and get along to the Punanga Nui Markets and be in to win $30,000.
