Marijuana is not a crime, ask yourself, who created marijuana . . yes, Our almighty God himself. If he created it, there must be a reason he created it for.

Get a real job and arrest the idiots that wear no seatbelts…the poor children getting held or no seat belts …I bet even the police wear no seatbelts.

Health ministry to consider vaccine for young children

Calm down people. It's still your choice. It is only encouraged, not forced.

Personally, if these borders open to the outside world, which let's face it, needs to happen (sorry, we can't stay in our happy little island life bubble forever, that's a fact) I would like to have the option of vaccinating my entire family. The option needs to be made available to those who choose to get vaccinated. Do your own research and make your own choice.

Now this is going too far.

Our children are not experimental projects. Our country is not a test lab. Our people are not pest.

We’re following the stupidity of large countries and soon there will be more division, anger and hate in our small nation.

Let’s not rush into something we are unsure of.

Let the world outside figure it out before we place what’s remaining of our little population on the line.

Earthquakes and tsunamis – the Cook Islands experience

I was living in Raro in 2009 when a tsunami warning was issued. The situation could best be described as total chaos and was a text book case of what could go wrong did go wrong.

Fortunately there was no damage and no injuries. But lessons were learned and the tsunami evacuation points were established.
