The problem is that governments get caught up in ‘think big’ schemes and lose track of the day-to-day issues.
So, we have three big-spending international undersea mining enterprises, running full page propaganda adverts, ready to launch what to many must seem like science fiction robots to the deepest parts of our ocean. Very impressive.
Why is it then, that the resident population of roaming, homeless dogs at the hospital, barking at all hours, pissing on car tyres, pooping on the lawns, have not been dealt with?
And the answer must be that our free-spending leaders, who cannot find the money to buy the paint to mark our roads, just don’t give a rat’s a***.
