Uta Raitia gave a powerful and moving chant to welcome Governor-General Dame Patsy Reddy on to the paepae at the RSA on Friday. 17032634

It was a moving traditional chant dedicated to a 19-year old Cook Islander who made the ultimate sacrifice in World War I that welcomed Governor-General Dame Patsy Reddy on to the paepae of the Returned Services Association on Friday.
