Warning shot at ‘colonial masters’
The scene at the Chinese-built courthouse back in April 2016 as work started on repairing the dangerous front steps. The work, which took many months, was prompted by an accident in which a lawyer slipped and broke his arm. The building has drawn criticism over problems with its construction and design for many years. 16040833.
