Queen’s Baton continues its island relay

High priest Taunga Nui hands the Queen's Baton on to Tetake (Mama Toti) Robati outside the House of Ariki yesterday afternoon during a relay procession heading towards Te Au O Tonga. The main road was crowded around the island as locals young and old flocked to see the baton pass through their village. Drummers welcomed the baton carriers, while school children also leaned from bus windows to touch it as it passed through Arorangi.
