International lifesavers teach water safety skills

Lifesavers from Huntington Beach Marine Safety in the US, Coogee Surf Lifesaving Australia, Royal Lifesaving Australia, and City of Vancouver, have arrived in Rarotonga as volunteers with NGO group International Surf Lifesaving Association (ISLA) to train Rarotonga residents in lifesaving skills.
