Debutante Emma Tupekea claimed her first victory in the World Junior Lawn Bowls Championships in Australia, at Broadbeach on the Queensland Gold Coast. She defeated India’s Rajasvi Panway 21-10 in their round eight encounter, after trailing early in their match.
