Unlike the early predictions by many political punters for a two-way race, I believe it is very much possible that Albert Nicholas, the Cook Islands Party candidate in the upcoming RAPPA by-election, will need to triple his efforts to ensure he grabs the bigger chunk of the voters on election day.
