Dear Editor, While it is good to hear there is another business opening up on Rarotonga, we need to ask: does it have to be another beauty salon? Aren’t there enough already on Rarotonga? And who is setting the health and hygiene standards for these salons? Is it the Ministry of Health? If not, then it should be.
