Cook Islands News might just as well go ahead and draft the story of what we all expect to read.
That the culprits, if convicted, have been placed on probation, made to rake some rubbish on the side of the road, and warned that if they re-offend then the Court might, maybe, possibly, consider something like a harsh 30 days in jail.
Too bad the culprits, whoever they are, did not smoke weed before they took the steel bar to the car. They’d be sentenced to three or so years in jail.
